Another college student has gone missing. This time its 21 year old Michelle Gardner-Quinn who is a senior at the University of Vermont. She was last seen in the downtown area of Burlington, VT. Police believe her disappearance is suspicious. Please be on the lookout for Michelle.

World Wide Web (Internet) use overtakes Print and Newspapers … Sense a Trend?

According to the Financial Times, the time that Europeans spend on the internet has overtaken the amount of time they spend reading newspapers and magazines. No shock here. With the popularity of Myspace, Facebook and YouTube is it any wonder? Specific news events are covered on-line by independent blogs in a much more timely manner. By the time the story gets to print, its obsolete. In many cases by the time a story is reported on a nightly cable channel the story is hours old. Old journalism, welcome to the new world.

North Korea and Kim Jong Il has conducted Underground Nuclear Test … “UN”clear Response

It is being reported that North Korea has conducted an underground nuclear test. The test was conducted at 9:36 p.m. EDT Sunday.   The tests were conducted in spite of opposition against them. Against UN demands that North Korea stop any nuclear tests, Kim Jong Il and North Korea defied the world and did them anyhow. What will the United Nations do now? Will they for once take a firm action against North Korea?

North Korea said Monday it has performed its first-ever nuclear weapons test. The country’s official Korean Central News Agency said the test was performed successfully and there was no radioactive leakage from the site. (Breitbart)
