Carlos Ramos July 26, 2005 Statement (The Gardener) Part 1 of 5

The following is Part 1 of 5Â  statements from Carlos Ramos, otherwise known as the gardener who states he saw the three suspects in the car near the pond. The gardener places the three Pond 6 Clubsuspects at a location different from where they had stated. The pond was subsequently drained.

“What’s interesting is the time — 2:30 a.m. — when the three were supposedly on their way home,” said Twitty, referring to their previous accounts to investigators.

The witness, a gardener whose name was not disclosed, gave his account to investigators on Friday, Twitty said. (MSNBC)

A small lake near the Aruba Racquet Club close to the Marriott Hotel beach was partly drained between  27th and July 30 2005 after an individual (“the gardener”) claimed to have seen Joran driving, Deepak next to him, and Satish duck downward quickly in Deepak’s car that was sitting parked on a dirt road nearby between 2:30 AM and 3:00 AM on the same morning Natalee disappeared. Also from Diario April 26, 2006: Tacopina and his model client.

Tacopina has a problem with the witnesses his compatriot brought forward? Let him deal with him, not with me. Further, the gardener’s testimony stands as valid and concrete to this day. He confirmed this in front of a judge. He passed a lie detector test successfully! Nothing of what he has said has been contradicted with solid proof to this day.
