Joe Tacopina Meets “The No Spin Zone” and Crumbles
People may want to save the recording of last nights TV interview of Bill O’Reilly and 
Attorney Joe Tacopina from “The No Spin Zone”. After what transpired and Joe Tacopina’s less than stellar performance one wonders whether he will be making a return trip any time soon, if ever.
From the outset of the interview Joe Tacopina, Joran and Paulus Van der Sloot’s civil lawsuit defense attorney, had no substantial answers. He was completely taken off guard and provided much of nothing for the defense of his clients other than the same tired comments. It was actually a rather telling interview in to how easily flustered one can make him. The usually arrogant and cocky Tacopina was all but during and interview that had some rather telling comments come from his mouth that were in direct contrast with previous statements.
Bill Reilly’s first question to Joe Tacopina seemed to stun him to the point where he could not recover from the rest of the interview. It seemed like a rather simple question that one would be able to answer. A question that has puzzled many, glad it was finally asked.
Bill O’Reilly: First of all I don’t even know why they hired you, the father hired you right. Joe said the family hired him yes. Bill why bother they’re Dutch citizens if somebody sues me over there in Holland I’m not going to go over there I’m just going to say hey I’m an American citizen and you have no jurisdiction over here.
The answer that Joe Tacopina provided that “well you know that would be a great legal tactic to take if Joran were guilty of something”, was rather shaky. Many people have done exactly what Bill O’Reilly stated; just ignored the law suit. Why would anyone pay for an attorney to represent them as Bill O’Reilly claimed when all you had to do was ignore the lawsuit? Which leads to the real possible answer to why Joran and Paul Van der Sloot hired an attorney. If the had a default judgment against them by ignoring the lawsuit, the families of Natalee Holloway would have a large financial judgment against the Van der Sloots. However, the problem would be collecting it in Aruba or Holland. But what about the United States? The Van der Sloots have assets in the US? Presently no, but they would if they were planning on doing a book or movie deal based out of the US. Which brings us to the issue of money.
If the first question of the interview was not bad enough for Joe Tacopina, the second one asked by Bill O’Reilly finished Tacopina off completely.

Peter Tomarken was the host of one of my top three game shoes of all times, “Press Your Luck”. Its popularity and cult following was tremendous.

Christopher Snow, 16, was last seen on Wednesday leaving the Wal-Mart on F.M. 1960 West at Cutten Road at about 1:30 p.m. Texas EquuSearch began searches today for the missing teen.

Another Woman Claims Attempted assault in Aruba???
Last night on Fox News, The Big Story, a woman who has time sharing at the Marriott Hotel claims that she was assaulted five days before Natalee Holloway went missing. Tracy Allen claims that it occurred in the same area of the Fisherman’s Huts that Joran Van der Sloot said he left Natalee Holloway. Her account of events can be read here.
This certainly looks rather suspect after all this time to come forward now. Nine months have transpired and now this individual comes forward. She claims that it was reported to the police; however, she has never heard anything since.
It would be easy enough to see whether a police report was ever filled out months ago. If there was, why was nothing once again ever done. If not, why not or and makes everyone question the validity of the events.
However, if what the woman says is true and that there is a predator that roams the beach area and it was known in advance by certain individuals; could this be the reason why the alleged leaving Natalee Holloway and Joran at the beach story was devised? There are those that believe that the “beach story” is a red herring. Remember back from this summer, Mickey John was told in jail by Deepak Kalpoe the the story was made up by the family.
JOHN: So I decided to ask him a few more questions. And I said, “So you tell the guy (INAUDIBLE) what happened to the girl?” He said, “No.” (INAUDIBLE) arrested on Thursday. I think a guy should be released that Friday, because, in their hearts, they know we were innocent.
He said a story being made up about dropping the girl of at a Holiday Inn, was all something being made up. He, and the Dutch guy, and the Dutch guy’s father, they sit and made up the story.
VAN SUSTEREN: The father, too?
JOHN: All of them. They made up…
One would presume that if they made up the HI story, they made other ones up as well. It is possible that certain individuals were aware of this woman’s police report and helped create the “beach story” and leaving Natalee Holloway conveniently enough right where this other supposed attack occurred. What are the odds of that occurring on an island where so little crime is supposed to take place? Is the womans account credible? One would hope that there was a police report created.
However, as this story has proceeded nothing can be presumed.
