The Van der Sloots have been served with a civil law suit by the Holloway’s and Twitty’s. (Breaking developments from Fox News and Greta Van Susteren.)

Developing …

  • 3 counts against Joran Van der Sloot
  • 1 against Paulus Van der Sloot

ABC had been planning a face to face interview with the Van der Sloots (Joran, Paul & Anita). This information was learned from the Joran Van der Sloot blog.  Paul Vander Sloot was served at his hotel while John Q. Kelly had a retired Scotland Yard person sitting next to Joran on the plane and served him with papers on the airplane.

Joran Van der Sloot lawsuit was for three counts; sexual assault against a minor, false imprisonment and malicious interference.

 Greta Van Susteren video

There is video tape of the service of the law suit of Paul and Joran Van der Sloot.

John Q. Kelley did this with the help of the law firm, Chadbourne & Parke.

The law suits were filed simultaneously so that either one could not inform the other what had occurred.
