      I am the mom of missing William (Billy) Smolinski. He has been missing since August 24 2004. This is a very bizaar story with many twists and turns and events unfolding on a daily basis. The FBI has finally become involved and we are very excited for that. We were told once the FBI latches onto something they don’t let go until it is solved.
