Judge Wants to Hear From Witness

From the AP

ORANJESTAD, Aruba — A judge in Aruba is seeking sworn testimony from someone who claims he saw a suspect in the disappearance of an American teenager the night the girl vanished.

The lead investigator tells The Associated Press the man said he saw the suspect, Joran van der Sloot, with two friends near a hotel pond late that night.

The suspect told authorities he was already at home by that time.

Investigators believe the testimony would show the suspect has given contradictory statements about Natalee Holloway’s disappearance.

Today was a travel day for both Tom and Red. We will have more information up tomorrow.
