Why is Natalee not on FBI’s Missing Persons List

Richard Shelby, United States Senator from Alabama, replied to one of our monkeys over at the Scared Monkeys Discussion Board regarding Natalee Holloway’s disappearance and her failure to make the FBI’s Missing Persons list.

His rational is that Natalee did not disappear from US Soil. Another missing person, Amy Bradley, who disappeared in the same part of the Carribean, was on a US based cruise ship, so she was allowed on the list.

We are thankful that the fine Senator has responded so, and has taken such an interest in Natalee’s disappearance. He has been instrumental in marshaling resources to help the family.

However, in talking to a couple people already, they brought up some examples of situations that may not fit the criteria that the Senator has outlined. If you know of any instances where a person has been put on the FBI’s Missing Persons list, please go to our discussion board and join the thread under Natalee Holloway discussing this topic. If we can show enough accurate and specific examples, we may give Senator Shelby the ammunition to take to the FBI’s office and get Natalee on the list.
