Dusty Brands, This is a company I could start to like
Their version of the work shirt
Got to love a company that advertises on Blogs and has such great quality graphics!
And the models are not bad either.
Reason #7 Why Democrats Lose Elections
Two words … Al Gore.
Former Vice President Al Gore on Wednesday blamed Republican “lust for one-party domination” for the GOP campaign to change Senate rules on filibustering judicial nominees, and he assailed religious zealots for driving the effort.
“This aggressive new strain of right-wing religious zealotry is actually a throwback to the intolerance that led to the creation of America in the first place,” Gore said as many in the audience stood and applauded. The speech was sponsored by the liberal group MoveOn’s political action committee.
Speech sponsored by MoveOn.org who interestingly enough are reason #3 why Democrats lose elections.
Seems that the RNC agrees with Scared Monkeys also.
Republican National Committee spokeswoman Tracey Schmitt said that “if Democrats wonder why they are the minority party, they should look no further than Al Gore’s comments today. Americans have moved on, and want their leaders to focus on an agenda, rather than obstruction.”

Does anybody know who Al Gore is?

Oh, well, never mind.
Dude, They Are back, The Coleco Handhelds!
via Gizmodo
Ladies and gentlemen, the forefathers of these beautiful Coleco handheld retreads once graced the bathroom of my friend Lou and their service to me during the many hours I whiled away in that selfsame bathroom will not be forgotten. I take my hat—and pants—off to you Techno Source for bringing back such a refreshing college memory.
These images are of the two-player handhelds, which I decidedly did not play during my time on Lou’s toilet. However, there are plug-in, keychain, and single player models available.
Now I did not play these in anyone else’s bathroom, but the games are a definite flashback to Junior High School.
Wictory Wednesday
Breaking with 200 years of Senate tradition, Democrat senators are refusing to let President Bush’s judicial nominees get an up or down vote. You can do something about this. Contact your senators and let them know how you feel. A phone call works better than e-mail; so don’t be shy. But do be polite. Contact information for all senators is available here.
Today is Wictory Wednesday. Every Wednesday, hundreds of bloggers ask their readers to support an important Republican campaign.
If you’re a blogger, you can join Wictory Wednesdays by e-mailing me at wictory@blogsforbush.com. I’ll add you to the Wictory Wednesday blogroll. I’ll also send you a reminder e-mail every Wednesday, explaining which candidate to support that day.

Laura Ingraham is doing well!
From Laura’s site:
THE POWER OF PRAYER AND LAURA UPDATE: Laura’s breast cancer surgery yesterday “couldn’t have gone better,” in the words of her surgeon Dr. Katherine Alley. Initial sentinel node testing done during surgery showed no signs of cancer involvement in the lymph nodes, and we all hope that this good news is confirmed by more in-depth tissue testing done over the next 48 hours.
“The outpouring of love and concern coast-to-coast in prayer, emails, telephone calls has left me feeling more blessed than I can possibly convey,” said Laura Thursday morning from home. “I really don’t know what I did to deserve such kindness but I will gladly wrap myself in it,” she chuckled. “It’s weird but getting cancer has made me feel more blessed than I ever felt before, and I will do everything I can to return the generosity 100-fold when I am feeling a bit better.”
Keep her in your prayers.
