Tour de Georgia

The Tour de Georgia passed by our house today, and it was a beautiful day so we had a great time. The Neighborhood was all out to cheer the riders as they passed by in about 8 seconds.

We are in Peachtree City, Ga famously known for the golf cart paths. Almost every home has one and there are over 90 miles of golf cart paths that connect all parts of the city. So the golf carts you see on the left side of the road are normal. I bet the riders were curious why the roads were lined with Golf Carts.

In the middle of this pack is Lance Armstrong, who is racing his last official race in America.

Of course it was over in about 30 seconds. One of the ladies watching the race unfavorably compared it to men. But I will not go there.
