   Come on Tom, the ACLU would NEVER let the flag fly at half-staff for the Pope!

   Of course they wouldn’t. But it is fun to tweak them in dealing with their hypocrisy. They fight the battles they know they can win to further their agenda. If they were true to themselves, they would protest the flags being flown at 1/2 mast. But the outcry would be overwhelming and set them back too far.

   I am just reminding them of that fact.

   I think Mrs Red is using sarcasm.

   Of course the ACLU would have sided with a false complaint against the officer in the cartoon as well and he wouldn’t be their either. Police brutality.

   No ACLU, No peace.
