Blame It on EZ Pass

 

Our buddies at ScrappleFace have gotten to the bottom of the Iraqi Check point shooting.

UPDATE: Donald Rumsfeld was also heard to say, “Sometimes you have to go with the EZ-Pass you have vs. the EZ-Pass you wish you had.” There is no truth to the rumor that the Iraqi checkpoints will be overhauled and made to resemble the Canadian policy of the 30 mph waive through that Americans are given into Canada.
