When An Offense is Offensive

 

I have always thought hypnotist’s were putting us on and that they could not put someone under. I thought it was a fraud. I stand corrected and a hypnotist gets away with a crime.

Someone needs to tell me what part about this sexual predator’s actions would not make him have to register or attend sex therapy. Wouldn’t therapy be the bare minimum? Let’s remember what is important. Protecting the people not the criminal.
